Mr. Thariq Edayathulla
THE CHAIRMAN
Thariq Edayathulla is the chairman for CIRCLE OF SUCCESS institute and has over 17 years of experience
in the education industry. Also Thariq had brief stints at both
HSBC and Amana Investments providing corporate financial
solutions.
Thariq graduated in business management and has continued
his studies in entrepreneurship and business. Thariq also
continues to spend considerable time in philanthropy helping
underprivileged children with their education and their careers.
He believes that if children are given right education and
opportunity, sky is the limit for their growth as well as the nations.
Ms. Ayshathul Afra Ishaq
Chief Executive Officer/ Director

Ayshathul Afra is an experienced teacher with over 17 years
of experience in teaching early child education and primary
and tertiary educations. Afra also a director for cos nursery,
circle of success institute and circle of success Canada services.
Afra has been a key figure in building the institute to where
it is today and also Visiting Lecturer at FRC for Business &
Technology teaching fundamental of Accounting of Business
degree programme.
Afra successfully completed her MBA from University of
Wolverhampton and she is currently reading for her PHD
in Child Education from the Asia e University, Malaysia.
Mr. Ahamad Bashim Edayathulla
Finance Controller
Ahamad Bashim Edayathulla a CIMA Qualified Induvidual who is currently reading strategic management and leadership level 7 of OTHM. He has over 10 years of experience in the
education and finance industry. He has always been
passionate about education and empowering the next
generation of leaders with the right tools to become
successful.
Bashim has been instrumental in marketing many UK based
qualifications over these years and has consulted large
education institutes set up professional qualifications in the
Island. He has been instrumental in connecting many local
institutes with qualifcation bodies and universities in UK.
Also Bashim is a past student of CIRCLE OF SUCCESS who
spends time in community development work.
Mr. Uduman Mohammed Ali Jinnah

Uduman is an experienced individual with a demonstrated history of working in the education industry. Skilled in lecturing advanced level , public speaking , programme planning and event planning. Followed a bachelors in business management at Sri Jayawardanapura state university. strong education professional following a master's degree focused in strategic management and leadership.

Highly demanded visiting lecturer for economics at many reputed educational institution in Sri Lanka.
Dr. Jayantha Pathirana
Senior Academic Consultant
Dr. Jayantha Pathirana is a Visiting Academic at the
Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Dr. Jayantha is a
Ph.D. Holder in Professional Study in Leadership and
possesses a Master of Arts in Teacher Education and
Bachelor of Education.
He also is visiting lecturer at the CINEC Campus, Sri Lanka
and NIE, Sri Lanka for the BEd and MSc program and was a
Senior Lecturer for National College of Education with over
26 years of experience in the teacher education industry.
Dr. Godwin Kodituwakku
Academic Officer
Experienced researcher in the field of school education
with a demonstrated history of working in schools and
National Institute of Education, Sri Lanka. Skilled in
Educational Research, Teaching, and Curriculum
Development. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a
Bachelor of Education, Master of Arts (Education) and
Doctor of Philosophy in Education. Studied in Universities of
Colombo, Peradeniya and Open University of Sri Lanka.
Dr. Godwin currently Chairman of Institute of Research and
Development, Sri Lanka.
Mr. W. M. J. B. Wijekoon
Academic Officer
Wijekoon is a Senior Academic at the Naval and Maritime
Academy in the Sri Lanka Navy. Wijekoon is a triple masters
Holder and Train teachers of Teaching English language in
leading institutions in Sri Lanka.
He also is visiting lecturer Sri Lanka NCE, and having over 20
years of experience in the teaching English language and
training teachers.
Dr. Suriya Kumara
Academic Officer
Experienced lecturer in the field of school education
management and sports education with a great history of
working in developing sports educations and National
Institute of Education, Sri Lanka. Skilled in Sports & Physical
Educational Research, Teaching, and Curriculum
Development. Passionate lecturer with a Bachelor of Art
Social Science, Master of Arts (Sociology) and Doctor of
Philosophy in Education from Victoria Global University.
Studied in Universities of Sabaragamuwa, Kelaniya, Sri
Lanka and Sikkim Manipal University of India.
Currently Course Coordinator Bachelor of Education in
Sports & Physical Education-2019 at South Asian Centre for
Teacher Development- Meepe, Sri Lanka.
